1. How do you use my personal data?
We will never prescribed personal information, including your email address for any reason other than the law.
2. Where is my order? Do I incur additional costs?
All goods are already in the EU and don't have to be declared again.
3. How can I pay?
We only accept bank transfers because they are safest. Payment by cash on delivery is excluded.
4. Can I change the number of items purchased later?
Unfortunately not, as a new transfer would mean new fees for us.
5. Can I pay by PayPal or credit card?

6. Can I pick up or pay on site for my goods?

7. How can I order?
To order, click on the "Buy Now" button and you will be taken directly to your shopping basket. From here, you can continue your purchase, or change the number of items ordered. After that, you will be able to complete your order and will receive a confirmation mail upon success.
8. I have ordered, but no confirmation mail received. What now?
Please check your spam folder. If you have any problems, please contact us at email@example.com.
9. How long does delivery take?
If your order has been picked and sent, you will receive your personal tracking number for package tracking. Usually you will receive your order within two to four business days after shipping.
10. Are there discounts for wholesale buyers?
For wholesale buyers we use the following system of discounts.
> 300 – 310 € - free shipping.
> 311 €, you get free shipping + Do you choose your own gift in the e-shop worth 10% of the order.
11. What happens when I order an item, but it is not in stock?
If this is the case, we will get in touch with you as soon as possible. If the item is out of stock, you will of course receive another one of the same value or the full purchase price.
12. I have received an incorrect item, or would like to return an item!
If we have proved to have sent a wrong item, you have the possibility to return it to us unused and in unopened original packaging. The purchase price will be reimbursed in this context.
If, however, you wish to return an article for any other reason, we reserve the right to withhold 20% of the purchase price as expenses. In this case, the buyer also bears the return costs. In all cases please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
13. I have received a damaged product!
We check every item before shipping.
- We do not accept any liability for damages incurred during shipping. Please check your package for damages during the postman's presence, in order to indicate any damages and to be regulated by the parcel company.
- We offer you this option. Do not send me the defective goods. You make a new order in my online store. After receiving the money into our account, we will immediately send you a package plus a new product, the new goods as a substitute.
14. What obligations do I have as a customer?
Please inform yourself about the product legality in your country before placing your order. In many cases, possession is legal, but is prohibited in public and to public events is a violation of law. We are NOT responsible for the receipt and use of the purchased goods.
The Buyer will get the tracking number for following the shipment after finishing the ordering process.

darkstreet.biz does NOT guarantee the receipt of the goods ordered, as authorities may confiscate individual packages which may be prohibited in your country.
